Last Friday morning, we welcomed a new colleague from South Africa to the Netherlands: Nicole. Nicole brings a wealth of experience as a Process Engineer and Validation Specialist within the South African pharmaceutical industry. TailorMinds is recognized by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) and has provided Nicole with the necessary work permit. We warmly welcomed her at Schiphol Airport. Fortunately, she arrived on time, as there is a busy agenda awaiting her before she starts with one of our clients next week.
First moments
Nicole is ready to take on her role as a Process Engineer in the Dutch pharmaceutical sector. Preparations for her arrival included everything from visa procedures to Dutch language training, enabling Nicole to focus immediately on her new challenges. The upcoming months will serve as a carefully planned introduction to her new professional environment. Nicole’s experience and flexibility make her a valuable asset to our team, and we are confident that she will make a significant contribution to our projects. We leave little to chance; a ‘soft landing’ is indeed the beginning of a smooth migration process. With this environment, she can fully concentrate on her upcoming tasks.
