We expect to welcome Bertus and his family to Schiphol in mid-May. This is because Bertus will start on 1 June as a Validation Consultant at one of our relations. The IND procedures for Bertus and the family are in full swing.
The match
Bertus contacted us in August because he was interested in one of our validation vacancies. Given his relevant work experience, an introductory meeting quickly followed. Based on this, a match was made with one of our relations who were actively looking for a Validation Consultant. After a number of job interviews, we received a green light: Bertus can start on this specific vacancy!
Because this time was a vacancy instead of a project, there was less pressure on the start date for Bertus. This ensured that there is enough time and space to arrange all formalities for the whole family.
Collaboration with partners
Since the number of highly skilled migrants coming in the coming periods is more than usual, we have engaged our partners Expat Relocation & Immigration Services and Expat Property Brokers. Both parties are engaged to arrange the education of the children and to find a suitable home for the family. By entering into these partnerships, we can continue to meet the expectations outlined.
The process
Many steps have now been taken and the MVV (entry permit) will be collected next week. The following steps are aimed at dealing with cases in South Africa and arranging the formalities in The Netherlands. Of course TailorMinds will be waiting for the family at Schiphol Airport for a “soft” landing.
