After six months, Reza’s internship has come to an end. During this period, he explored the practical workings of the processes within TailorMinds by participating as much as possible.
Internship assignment
The internship assignment was structured as followed: Reza, under the guidance of Peter, was involved in the various processes within TailorMinds. This included recruiting and selecting candidates, drafting job descriptions, and attending intake interviews. The ultimate goal was to document these processes in a report and present a final presentation. Additionally, Reza participated in meetings and tried to master the system. The aim of the internship was to assess whether Reza could apply the theory learned in school in combination with the working methods of TailorMinds in practice. Hence, his final task was to create a presentation about the processes within TailorMinds.
Over time
Throughout his internship, Reza faced challenges with certain aspects but also developed new skills. This allowed him to progress through his internship both theoretically and practically. Moreover, he interacted with both colleagues and potential candidates, giving him a sense of what it’s like to work at TailorMinds.
Completing your internship is not only the end of a learning period but also the beginning of a new phase in your professional life. By thoroughly documenting your experiences, receiving feedback, and expanding your network, you are prepared for the first targeted step in your career.
Personal Goal
After completing his internship and education, Reza has set several personal goals. The first is to pursue a higher professional education (HBO) in Technical Business Administration, which will provide him with sufficient challenges for the foreseeable future.
