Cooperation with self-employed workers

With great frequency, we at TailorMinds have valuable conversations with self-employed people in addition to interviews with potential staff applicants. More than once, these conversations result in an interesting and challenging project following which cooperation starts. We recently started Joost, a self-employed worker with whom we have collaborated several times on different projects over the past ten years.

Mutual contact and rapid reaction

At TailorMinds, we have frequent contact with the self-employed people in our network. We often build a long-term contact during, but also after a completed project. Whenever there is an opportunity for a new project, we pick up the thread. In general, half a word is often enough for us to be able to react quickly to a suitable project enquiry!

This was also the case with Joost. If you are looking for in-depth knowledge and experience in Maintenance and Reliability, Joost is the person to turn to.

Operating procedure

After telephone conversation and sharing the project description, permission to proceed with a proposal followed. Because of this way of working, there is always good coordination and the self-employed person, who is often orientating on several fronts, knows exactly where he/she stands. We frequently receive positive feedback on this working method.
