Last Wednesday we welcomed our new colleague Mohanad to the Netherlands. After a short onboarding program he may already start tomorrow on his first project at one of our relations in the pharmaceutical industry. We wish him good luck!
Onboarding
Besides formalizing Mohanad’s first project, the focus was on a pleasant arrival in the Netherlands. For this, we arranged several formalities in advance such as a suitable home, arrival at the airport, opening a Dutch bank account and a municipal registration appointment. Most matters have now been completed and/or are on the planning, which means Mohanad will have fewer matters on his mind prior to his new project.
New project
During the time Mohanad was making preparations in Jordan, a series of interviews were also on the agenda. One of our relations was so impressed by the combination of his technical qualities, personality and Dutch language that they immediately asked for exclusivity. This was quickly agreed upon and a validation project soon followed for which he was also invited for an interview.
Here it was quickly decided that he was going to be a part of that validation team. Thanks in part to his enormous efforts in his Dutch language development over the past year, this process turned out to be positive and relatively smooth. We wish him much success on this project!
