With regularity we organize a complete emigration on the basis of recruitment trajectories we do on behalf of our relations. It also happens frequently that a (potential) client manages to find us to support them in this process for a self-recruited candidate.
We know the way
The emigrations that we are authorized to arrange on request involve unfamiliarity with all the rules and formalities, or there is familiarity but a lack of routine. In both cases, we are happy to assist our clients in organizing such a process. Because we have gained a lot of experience with this, we obviously help with this as well.
Introduction and trust
Even if we have not done our own recruitment, we put a lot of time into getting to know the candidate in question and the plans to continue career and personal life in the Netherlands. It is important to establish mutual trust because we will arrange many formalities in good consultation. We discuss in detail the documents in which we follow up and realize the right actions together per step. For the formalities and preparation of documents in the country of origin, there is a lot on the candidate’s plate. The execution of the immigration procedure and obtaining the residence permit and thus the valid work permit lies with us. We often find that when people sense that we have the process pretty much under control that the desired trust is also created.
A carefree soft landing
Our goal with every immigration is to ensure that between arriving in the Netherlands and starting work, the new colleague can start with an “empty head,” so to speak. This is because soon after arrival we take care of a bank account, municipal registration with a ‘BSN’ as a result and not to forget arranging health insurance. Once you know this is done, you can focus on your new challenge with maximum attention. We often call this a worry-free soft landing.
