Our client provides consulting and engineering support for demanding, multidisciplinary projects in the biotechnology and life sciences industry.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of related experience and an associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or English.
  • Experience in the Medical Device and/or pharmaceutical industry or medical field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices and procedures.
  • Able to enter data on spread sheets and database applications.
  • Ability to shift priorities according to changes in department/facility needs and be open to different ideas/approaches.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers.
  • Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures and in to comply civil rights requirements.

Duties

  • Perform and coordinate the timely execution of routine and non-routine calibration activities associated with current general methods and procedures on instrumentation according to planning.
  • Approve all calibration work order execution, as required.
  • Ensure all calibrations are executed on time.
  • Calibration and qualification of new equipment and input in the calibration system.
  • Assist with the implementation of improvements in production processes.
  • Support on initiation of Nonconformance (NC) found during calibrations.
  • Work with engineering to develop and implement equipment information and PMs.
  • Work with the team to ensure all aspects of the business remain compliant and, in an audit, ready state.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned as needed.
