Requirements

  • WO (University / Academic Education) or HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree.
  • Fluency in Dutch as well as Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Strong Document control / document tracking experience.
  • Relevant experience (1- 3 years) in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, well organized, pro-active/thinking ahead, structured work, reliable/on-time attitude.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, database management software, and PCs.
  • Experience with the following Microsoft tools: Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.

Duties

  • Develop document review/approval flows in close cooperation with stakeholders.
  • Manage and control all project documentation to ensure all is maintained via Engineering Document Management System (EDMS).
  • Develop and or maintain a schedule and/or trackers to support the project documentation lifecycle.
  • Work closely with suppliers / integrators and project team leaders to manage on-time delivery of documents.
  • Generating weekly / bi-weekly reports in a format to be agreed with the project management team.
  • Participate in, and support, relevant project meetings.
  • Ensure documents are up to date and the relevant stakeholders have access to the correct information.
  • Provide technical expertise in the use of EDMS systems (Truvault, POET, Tedis etc.).
