Requirements

  • Academic grade (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Food Science)
  • 12 or more years of experience in manufacturing environment in Food, Chemical or Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Able to lead & drive safety & quality behavior
  • Able to determine and steer business implications of change management
  • Good communication skills on all levels
  • Positive inspiring connecting energetic personality with can-do mentality, proactivity and conviction
  • Natural leadership skills
  • Next to a fit with these requirements, previous plant manager experience and growth potential within RFC is preferred

Duties

  • 100% work on site
  • Working hours: 38 (can be less - 3 - 4 days a week)
  • Create a vision, set up and implement the year plans for the Plant, including budgets and setting the right priorities
  • Reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverages Supply Chain
  • End responsible for all site process such that the required safety, quality, productivity & projects are delivered in both short and long term
  • End responsible for the Plant Profit & Loss (P&L)
  • Leading the Plant Management Team on a day to day base by role modelling, coaching your employees and supporting them in their training and development needs, guiding values and standards, and thus creating an effective, high-performance and result-orientated team
