Requirements

  • At least an HBO level of education with relevant work experience.
  • Experience working under GMP guidelines
  • Familiarity with automation systems (preferably Delta V), GxP networks, and data acquisition systems
  • Experience in working within project teams/organizations is preferred
  • Good communication skills across different organizational levels
  • Proficiency in English (Dutch preferred)
  • Quality consciousness, flexibility, and proactive approach
  • Knowledge of fluid mechanics, control systems, and process engineering
  • Residing and eligible to work in The Netherlands (valid work permit)

Duties

  • Collaborate with other teams (MSAT, PNS, Engineering, Validation, IT) and provide input from manufacturing process perspective to identify automation opportunities and troubleshoot existing systems
  • Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations
  • Create/Optimize manufacturing recipes
  • Work alongside the Engineering department to develop and execute projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency
  • Work with existing and new computerized and automated systems
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet operational requirements and safety standards
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on automated systems and processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement new equipment automation and connection between different units for manufacturing process readiness
  • Work together with Production/Validation on execution of process/equipment validation
  • Work according to the applicable procedures, guidelines and safety regulations
