  • MBO + HBO / Bachelor;
  • Site procurement experience (directly related to the manufacturing industry);
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in procurement;
  • Fluent English. Dutch is a pre:
  • Motivated, self-starter who is able to work with a min. level of supervision;
  • Understanding of source to settle processes;
  • Experience with ERP system (preferably SAP).

Senior Procurement Specialist for 1 client-site. You will be responsible for:
  • 75% Direct procurement (those are the products that go into the final product such as raw materials, chemicals).
  • 25% Indirect procurement such as through tenders.

We are looking for someone who can work on-site 4 days a week. You will be working solo onsite, but will be in frequent contact with colleagues at other sites.
The manager is based in Switzerland so the command of English is very important, Dutch is an advantage.

Further more you will be:

  • Managing internal and external stakeholders;
  • Keeping the right balance between the imposed KPI's (achieving savings, compliancy) and quality;
  • Process supervision/follow-up: processing requests, writing tenders, monitoring the bidding process, sending out offers and managing the relationship with the supplier;
  • Reply on inquiries from business;
  • Review and adjust Purchase Orders and Invoices and inform stakeholders accordingly.
  • Work with internal customers and help them regarding Vendor information, changes of vendor information and adjust that in Vendor Master Data system.
  • Work closely with Suppliers in order to adjust prices in the contracts and on PO-level.
  • If needed adjusting prices in procurement system.
