Requirements
- Education WTB, E or Engineering.
- Knowledge of maintenance and general GMP knowledge.
- Experience with carrying out and documenting work on complex production installations and systems in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Knowledge of TPM, six sigma and Lean is desirable.
- Leadership experience is an advantage.

Duties
- Stimulating employees with regard to development and promoting a good working atmosphere
- Guiding, supporting and facilitating employees in such a way that they are able to perform their tasks. Ensuring and checking the correct substantive knowledge and the required all-roundness. Ensuring documentation of the training data according to GMP guidelines
- Giving directions and instructions, transferring knowledge and insight to employees
- Assessing the performance of employees
- Making proposals regarding salaries, transfers, promotions, taking courses
- Guaranteeing safe work and usage situations
