In September we expect to welcome a new colleague from South Africa to the Netherlands: Nicole. She will start on one of our projects as a Process Engineer in the Dutch pharmaceutical industry.
Getting to know Nicole
In the end of 2022 we met Nicole for the first time. She spoke passionately about her experience as Validation Specialist and Process Engineer within the South African pharmaceutical industry. What immediately struck us was her analytical approach and her ability to respond flexibly to various projects. Because of the positive click and her focused work experience, we started looking for a suitable role for her within our team.
Opportunities
Several opportunities presented themselves in the following months, but timing and visa procedures proved challenging. In addition, changing circumstances in South Africa played a role. Nevertheless, contact remained, as we are convinced of Nicole’s qualities and she has confidence in our process. With this conviction in mind, we decided to make Nicole an offer and allow her to continue her career in the Netherlands. She will be a valuable addition to our team and our projects. Nicole has already done a lot of preparation since then by following a Dutch language course.
Getting started with Nicole
The contracts have been signed and we are busy preparing for her arrival in the Netherlands. We are also busy finding a suitable project for Nicole. Thanks to her extensive experience in both the pharmaceutical and food industries, Nicole can be flexibly deployed. We are therefore convinced that she will make a significant contribution to the projects she will be working on.
