This week, Reza joined us in the office as a trainee. Reza is currently taking an accelerated MBO level 4 course in commerce. He is happy to introduce himself.
Introducing himself
“My name is Reza, I live in Zoetermeer and I am 17 years old. I am at the ROC van Amsterdam where I am following the MBO-4 Commerce education in the direction of Recruiter. I am currently in my final year. At TailorMinds I get the chance to do my internship. I am glad I found Tailorminds and my first impression is that it is an enthusiastic company where I can learn a lot. My goal within this company is to support my colleagues, form a good relationship with the team and get as much information as possible about the work. Recruitment is a very interesting profession and also fun as you can give opportunities to candidates from all over the world to come and work in the Netherlands. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym and play table tennis. In addition, I like to game and I regularly go out with friends”.
Purpose of the internship
Reza will perform a “walk-in internship” at TailorMinds. This means he will participate in all operational processes within the organization, from recruiting and selecting candidates to financial settlement. We will go through these processes with him step by step. The aim is for Reza to have a good picture and description of these processes at the end of his internship. Eventually, he will give a presentation on this to TailorMinds and his internship coordinator at school. We wish him a lot of fun and success with this!
Recognized work placement company
TailorMinds has been an approved training company for several years now. From that point of view, we regularly receive requests from students to offer an internship. Depending on the need and scope for supervision, the field of study and the approach of the internship assignment, we determine whether we can meet this request. Initially, we plan an introductory meeting at the office to get to know each other better and discuss the study programme and internship. If there are sufficient leads from both sides, we will discuss further cooperation. This concerns the internship assignment, the internship period and guidance from the organization. Naturally, the internship coordinator of the relevant organization will be involved in this.
