Since this week, we are complete again as a team with the arrival of Noëmi. With her joining us, we have filled the empty spot left by Hans in the operational team so quickly, and we are happy with that. Noëmi will be working as a Consultant, a brief introduction:
Contact from a new network
The recent collaboration with a fellow agency in Limburg also opened up a new network for us. When it became clear to them that we were looking for a new colleague, they put us in touch with Noëmi. During our first contact, we learned that she was keen to take on a new challenge in the Randstad. After the first interview in Limburg and two subsequent ones in Zoetermeer, we were both sure, this could be a great partnership.
More about Noëmi
In the year preceding our acquaintance, she gained experience as an account manager within the Petrochemical environment and could mostly be found on the regionally known Chemelot site. In this role, she first came into contact with recruiting and supporting candidates within this sector. Her motivation to choose TailorMinds comes from her passion for diversity and the energy she gets from supporting others. The emphasis that appeals here is that it is both about the journey to a new living and working environment. She recently had the opportunity to experience this up close on a personal level. This is because she is making a move from the Maastricht region to the Zoetermeer region.
