One of the topics on the agenda was to discuss the outcomes of an assessment that measures emotional intelligence.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emotional Intelligence<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This assessment increases the understanding of your own emotions and how you deal with them in mutual relationships. Three examples of measured components are: Emotion Expression (the extent to which you show emotions to others), Stress Management (how you deal with pressure and stress and the extent to which this is successful) and Social Awareness (the extent to which you estimate a situation and then adapt to it).<\/p>\r\n<p>The outcome not only measures, but beautifully shows how you can become even more empowered on a good day by recognizing a situation.
