Yesterday our new colleague Niels started as Project Coordinator IT at our client in the pharmaceutical industry. This tailor-made process showed us that a match between a candidate and a project can run smoothly. Even during a colleague’s vacation, this does not come to a standstill.<\/p>\n
Dexter had contact with Niels for the first time at the end of August. Besides getting to know each other, Dexter informed Niels that an interesting IT project in the pharmaceutical industry was available. Our client was looking for a Project Coordinator for this at that time. After this interview, an introduction to the customer followed and Niels was soon invited for an interview by means of an online application.<\/p>\n
Since Dexter went on holiday in the week of Niels’ first job interview, colleagues Arjan and Sander continued the procedure with Niels at the client. And with success. After two interviews with the client, Niels was told that he could definitely start. This was followed by an employment conditions meeting to list all the details. Everything was clear and as mentioned earlier, Niels started the project yesterday. We wish Niels good luck with his new challenge!<\/p>\n
