From the first contact with Termar\u00e9 we noticed her positivity and enthusiasm. In combination with her relevant knowledge and experience, we were convinced that she would be an added value to our client. This has also been shown. After the first interview, it turned out that her enthusiasm had also passed: Termar\u00e9 can start. In her new position, she will mainly be involved in QA activities focused on production and will also take on an advisory role.<\/p>\n
Termar\u00e9’s partner has already started his new job in The Netherlands as a highly skilled migrant. The IND procedure for Termar\u00e9 is ongoing and almost completed. The expectation is that this will happen soon, but we have to be patient before she sets foot on Dutch soil. When the procedure is completed, the bags can be packed and the plane can be booked. From arrival in The Netherlands, TailorMinds will provide further guidance with the formalities, including housing, registration with the municipality and health insurance.<\/p>\n
When someone starts working as a partner of a highly skilled migrant, this offers advantages with regard to the IND procedure. The highly skilled migrant standard does not have to be met and a new colleague does not have to work for a recognized sponsor of the IND. However, a marriage certificate is required to prove that the relationship is legally established.<\/p>\n
