In the middle of autumn we came in contact with Izzienne. The contact was established through a referral from a professional she knew well. Through this shared network connection, Izzienne was made aware of TailorMinds’ people-oriented approach and extensive relocation guidance. After an introductory meeting, Izzienne decided to actively apply for a job on the Dutch market through TailorMinds.<\/p>\n
During the introductory meeting, we talked to Izzienne about her passion and what energizes her. Given her broad work experience and her passion for varied assignments, tasks and locations, the link to an all-round consultant role was quickly made.<\/p>\n
Izzienne has a notice period of three months, which is often seen as too long. We have successfully brought her to the attention of relations who have started a structural growth.<\/p>\n

Besides her broad experience, Izzienne already had some experience of emigrating. In this case from South Africa to Mauritius, for her work. Because of this, she already has an idea of the necessary formalities that an immigration process entails for her and her family. The IND process to come to the Netherlands is now underway. At the beginning of spring she will start in the Netherlands, a new chapter for Izzienne.<\/p>\n
