At the end of this month, our consultant Bas will be saying goodbye to TailorMinds. Sometimes a changing family situation can lead a career choice. At the end of 2021, Bas indicated that it was \u00a0important to him to establish co-parenting in order to see his daughter more often, we say Goodbye Bas.<\/p>\n

Partway due this reason, he moved to the region where his daughter lives. At that time an opportunity to work close to his new home and his daughter’s school came by. He accepted this unexpected career move based on family matters. We would like to thank Bas for his efforts as a consultant at TailorMinds.<\/p>\n

Energy, passion and connection<\/h3>\n

At TailorMinds, we got to know Bas as a committed colleague with a passion for local\/national and international recruitment. Based on his Personal Profile Analysis<\/a>, a behavioral assessment, we concluded that he enjoys to make connections, structure and perform in-depth specialist tasks. With great energy he has developed himself as a consultant in a for him new industry.<\/p>\n

Setting up processes, deepening work instructions and taking up our marketing activities have given him a lot of job satisfaction over the past year. This has empowered him to make a valuable contribution to the growth of TailorMinds. Bas also continued to develop his people-oriented interest with the recent PPA certification<\/a>. This combined with his seniority in recruitment led to a commercial success.<\/p>\n

Consultant at TailorMinds<\/h3>\n

We are on the outlook for enthusiastic, people-oriented (junior) colleagues who get energy from working in complex roles within engineering and mainly in the branches: Pharmaceutical, Food, Life Science and Oil & Gas.<\/p>\n

As a Consultant you are responsible for the filling, growth, development and management of employees on the projects and\/or vacancies you fill. We do not limit ourselves to professionals based in the Netherlands only. We help many of our new employees through a complete emigration process. The projects and vacancies are filled at existing clients and relations.<\/p>\n

We get energy from our people-oriented approach and see every day that 1+1 can become more than 2. We use personality psychology or assessment methods to optimise this.<\/p>\n

For us, results are an outcome of delivering quality work. Naturally, we set a dot on the horizon to reach commercially achievable objectives. These objectives are based on personal and team objectives.<\/p>\n
