After announcing the arrival of our new colleague Izziene in January, we could welcome her yesterday in the Netherlands. Next week Izziene will start in her new position as QA Consultant at one of our relations. In other words: welcome Izzienne!<\/p>\n

Procedure with a small hurdle<\/h3>\n

At TailorMinds we put a lot of emphasis on thorough preparation and execution of IND<\/a> procedures. In this procedure we ran into a small hurdle. Not every country that has a Dutch consulate or embassy can issue a visa. This appeared to be the case on Mauritius. As a result, Izziene had to pick up her visa in South Africa after her last day at her previous employer. As a result, Izziene had to travel quite a bit in the past week.<\/p>\n

Living space<\/h3>\n

In close contact with Izziene, we have prepared her arrival in recent weeks. The priority here was to find suitable housing. We were able to find a suitable home with a good central location in relation to her current and new assignments. Also for her son, the location of his future school is a short travel distance away.<\/p>\n

Preparations and on-boarding<\/h3>\n

This week, appointments have been scheduled to prepare for a smooth start on her first assignment she will be working on. This could include finalizing administrative matters, formalities such as opening a bank account, exploring the area, final preparations for the move to her new home and not least an interview at our client’s office.<\/p>\n
