For the support of an Engineering Manager, an experienced Sr. Project Manager was sought who could act as an operational coach in addition to relevant engineering projects. This sometimes required presence on site in Germany or Ireland.<\/p>\n
After a telephone conversation, sharing the description of the project and the management challenge, the introductory meeting with the client was arranged. After several meetings with the client, there appeared to be an excellent match and the green light was given for the start of this project. The project is already ongoing for a few months, we still have regular contact and both the client and the independent contractor are satisfied.<\/p>\n
