Last Tuesday we picked up our new colleague Tamrin at Schiphol. She started on 1 August as Validation Consultant at one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.<\/p>\n
After a long journey from Cape Town and a transfer at Dubai, Tamrin arrived in the Netherlands with a slight delay. Upon arrival at Schiphol Airport, we were ready to welcome her. Together with her luggage, her first destination was her new home in the east of the country.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the first important matters have been arranged. Accommodation and registration in the Netherlands have been ticked off the list. The next priorities are to collect her residence permit and to open a Dutch bank account. The appointments are already in the diaries, ensuring a smooth onboarding according to plan.<\/p>\n
Yesterday, she started her first assignment focused on QA in the production environment. She had been looking forward to working in the Netherlands for a long time. Now it is all reality. For Tamrin, we have agreed on a\u00a0 contract-to-hire construction with our client. This means that Tamrin can transfer to our client after her contract period. A great situation where she has the prospect of a good job and a longer term plan. We wish Tamrin all the best with her challenges in the Netherlands!<\/p>\n
