This because it concerns a knowledge migrant with the request to facilitate the process at the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) for them. What is the set-up of it?<\/p>\n<h3>TailorMinds as a recognized referent<\/h3>\n<p>TailorMinds has been a<a href=\"https:\/\/ind.nl\/en\/public-register-recognised-sponsors\"> recognized sponsor<\/a> with the IND since 2014. Since then, we have helped many of our relations solve capacity challenges with the recruitment of personnel with a nationality from outside the European Union. Usually through our own recruitment, and sometimes through recruitment from the relation itself.<\/p>\n<p>In the latter case, we agree in detail with the client what the intention is and whether the arrangements conform to the conditions for, for example, a highly skilled migrant or someone with a search year. When all the conditions of the IND legislation are met and the candidate agrees, there are two possibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application for new permit<\/li>\n<li>Taking over a current permit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Obligations as an authorized sponsor<\/h3>\n<p>Once everything has been arranged, we must comply with a number of obligations as an authorized sponsor. For example, we must inform the IND correctly and in time about changes that have consequences for the permits. We also have a duty of care whereby we have to inform our colleague correctly and in time about, for example, the conditions for admission and residence.<\/p>\n<p>These duties are also tested by the IND by means of audits, which we have always concluded positively to date.<\/p>\n<h3>Service TailorMinds<\/h3>\n<p>We have noticed in the market that meeting all the rules for employing a non-EU colleague is complex. Also, not every client has the capacity to facilitate this for its employees.
