A few weeks ago, we announced that Mesud was available after his previous project ended earlier than planned. After spending a few weeks supporting internal projects and updating his chess skills, Mesud started this week as a Maintenance Engineer Projects at one of our client companies.<\/p>\n
The early termination of a project with a client is generally unexpected. This was also the case with Mesud. He had only been working there since the start of this year, but a budget cut meant things changed\u2026 We then try to secure a new project as quickly as possible, which usually works out. In this case, however, the summer period got in the way. In the meantime, we asked Mesud to help us with various support tasks. He has been visiting our office regularly and has been involved, amongst other things, in reviewing and updating internal documentation and setting up a training programme based on his knowledge and experience. We will be using this training programme when onboarding new colleagues.<\/p>\n
In his new role, Mesud will be involved in activities supporting the Maintenance and Engineering departments. A key aspect of this is ensuring the availability and reliability of equipment and installations. This role is perfectly suited to Mesud, given his broad experience.<\/p>\n
We are very pleased with the work Mesud has done for us, but even more pleased that he is back at work in his field of expertise. And although he has also been able to hone his chess skills in the meantime, he is absolutely ready. We wish Mesud every success in his new role!<\/p>\n
