  • Minimal 4 years of quality experience;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Strong quality mind and technical knowledge;
  • GMP experience;
  • Project management experience in a Quality function;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Demonstrated self-starter;
  • Analytical attitude and critical thinking skills;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Experience in pharmaceutical laboratory operations or related environment

Currently our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role you are responsible for the maintenance of quality systems in accordance with GMP, international regulations and organisation guidelines, policies and procedures.

The Quality Assurance Specialist focuses on continuous improvement and maintaining quality performance. This person will provide quality oversight in the management of such as change control, documentation, deviation management and risk management in order to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Performing documentation reviews;
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings to discuss content, progress and quality of activities;
  • Being a Quality representative in deviation management, change management and equipment control;
  • Managing deviations;
  • Performing review and approval for Quality notifications;
  • Assuring CAPA effectiveness;
  • Assuring that change control procedures are executed according to organization procedures;
  • Performing impact assessment checks;
  • Performing review and approval of IQ/OQ/PQ documents;
  • Providing support to regulatory inspections;
  • Performing quality audits within the BCR hub and supporting areas
  • Delivering contribution to realization of corporate policy on safety, health and environment
