Background
Initial contacts were made with Kenny regarding another vacancy. However, this turned out to be almost filled but Kenny proved to have a broader interest and experience. With a background in risk management from Vista University and a Nebosh International Diploma under his belt, he has worked in a variety of challenging environments. Both in from the renewable energy sector to complex mechanical plants. His passion for health, safety and environment is evident in everything he does. We are sure his experience and positive attitude will be a great addition to our relationship.

Kenny has earned his reputation in the HSE world, where he has led several international projects. His expertise in conducting risk assessments, developing safety procedures and coaching teams makes him a valuable asset to our client. He brings not only technical skills but also a genuine commitment to the well-being of those around him. HSE is a broad and important discipline in many industries, including pharma. It runs like a red thread through these organisations, making it an indispensable link. At our relationship, Kenny will focus on improving our EH&S processes and practices. His involvement will include leading incident investigations and providing training to the team. His goal is to create a safe and sustainable working environment where everyone feels engaged and valued.
Preparations
Before Kenny actually starts, the required preparations have been started to provide a soft landing for both him and his family which will join later. This includes arranging a bank account together, getting a BSN and health insurance. We wish Kenny all the best in this new step.
