Introducing Leonie

Accounting Assistant Leonie mainly works behind the scenes, which means she is less visible. Leonie has been working at TailorMinds since April 2023. Time for an interview in which she looks back on her studies, career and work at TailorMinds.

Leonie’s career background

To get where I am today, after the birth of our son, I completed a course in Financial Administration, followed by an additional year in Business Administration. I did this through the vocational training programme (BBL) while working for a company specialising in managing the financial portfolios of property owners.

Property is a very specific market, and I wanted to broaden my horizons. That led me to explore other opportunities. While exploring the market, I came across the vacancy Administrative Accounting Assistant at TailorMinds. I found this vacancy appealing because I had already completed a time registration project at school, and this really interested me. The variety and opportunity for further development also seemed like a motivating step. I decided to apply and I have now been working at TailorMinds for over two years with great pleasure.
