Requirements

  • Diploma education or equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience in maintenance, utilities, facilities, or industrial installations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on mindset.
  • Experience with technical systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, electrical, mechanical, or process utilities.
  • Good communication skills in English and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Experience in a GMP environment and knowledge of SAP PM or another CMMS platform are a plus.

Duties

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in keeping the site operational. You are responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the critical utility systems that support the manufacturing, warehousing, and offices. You'll work on systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, chilled water, boilers, and building automation systems within a modern, highly automated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. As the site continues to expand, these systems are becoming increasingly important to support future growth.

In this role, you will:
  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on utility systems and facility infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
  • Coordinate with colleagues, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical challenges.
  • Support reliability improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical utility systems.
