Beginning of October, we will welcome Mohammed and his wife to the Netherlands from Hyderabad, India. Mohammed applied for one of our vacancies for the role of Automation Engineer Building Management Systems. Here is a brief update on his story.
Looking for more than just a job
When we came across a profile in mid-July of an experienced professional with a background in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, one thing immediately stood out: his expertise in Building Management Systems combined with his international ambition. After years of building up his experience in India, he was ready for the next step. One that would bring him and his wife to the Netherlands.
Mohammed’s specialization in Building Management Systems and proven experience in overseeing full lifecycle project management proved to be a good fit for the needs of some of our partners. The first interviews were quickly scheduled, leading to a positive and mutually beneficial introduction.

This led to a successful match for Mohammed and TailorMinds, as well as a new career opportunity. A new step that will take both his career and personal life to the next level in this new chapter for them.
