A relevant HBO degree with 7 years relevant experience.
English C2 language level is required.
The levels of computer proficiency are intermediate level for MS office, specialist level for data analysis, and analyst level for business applications.

Maintain a high level of stress-resistance, ensuring calm and steady performance in all situations, and supporting team members in managing stress.

Act as a seasoned and productive individual contributor who owns, introduces, maintains, and improves inbound, material logistics ( staging, kitting and internal transport) and product distribution.
Manage supportive processes and ensuring continuous improvement.
Partner with senior management, global teams and operations to make vital decisions on process engineering and methods.
Ensuring the development of robust processes and boosting operational efficiencies in line with production objectives.
Able to lead the local logistics operations team with process implementation, documentation and training.
Lead projects for ensuring quality and compliance.
Act as operational lead for the introduction of inbound of material, staging, kitting and distribution processes and/or systems.
Ensure smooth operation of existing processes, addressing any issues that arise to maintain product quality, productivity and minimize downtime.
Proactively evaluate and improve processes to optimize performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency to meet overall production goals.
