functie Vereisten
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of Engineering, Science or related technological field.
- At least 7+ years of relevant work experience with 5+ years in operations / manufacturing environment.
- In depth mechatronics knowledge.
- Experience in project management techniques, preferably in CAPEX projects.
- Analytical troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Direct experience with regulated environment (GMP, OSHA, EPA).
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication, Basic Dutch skills preferred.
- Strong Interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Werkzaamheden
- Deploy new products and upgrades of systems as well as new equipment within the state-of-the-art labelling and packaging lines.
- Working in projects of different complexity and assuring a high quality deployment with the asset lifecycle in mind.
- Be the mechatronics expert for the maintenance and engineering team as well as project teams.
- Provide second line support to shopfloor technicians for complex mechatronics problems.
- Structurally investigate complex problems relating to process or equipment and assist with recommending and implementing solutions.
- Independently plan and execute all maintenance and engineering related tasks in your assigned projects.
- Write test protocols, perform technical evaluations, and submit technical assessment reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors (i.e. Equipment Engineering, Automation, Digital, Validation, QA, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
