We will soon be welcoming our new colleague Miguel, who will be starting in the maintenance department of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. A look back and ahead from South Africa.

We came into contact with Miguel through a former colleague of ours. Based on a positive reference and his relevant work experience, the first interview was quickly scheduled. During this interview, Miguel clarified his knowledge and experience in the field of preventive and corrective maintenance in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. The link with one of our clients was immediately made because of his electrical engineering background. After agreeing on the terms, the proposal was sent to the client, which ultimately resulted in the start of a new project!
On their way to The Netherlands
After the client gave his approval, the process of moving to the Netherlands could begin. In his case, one factor made the process a little easier: Miguel also has an EU passport, which means he does not need a visa. The contracts have now been signed, the search for suitable accommodation has begun, and a visa application for his partner is being submitted.
There is still a lot to be done. TailorMinds will support him and his partner as much as possible to ensure that the process runs smoothly. For now, we thank them for their trust in us and look forward to meeting them in person in the Netherlands.
