We recently welcomed Lindokuhle to the Netherlands. She has started in her new role as a Validation Engineer, with a clear specialization in validating pharmaceutical laboratory equipment. It’s a great step forward in her career and a process that, this time, went largely smoothly.
Good preparation makes all the difference
In international relocations, success often lies in the preparation. This was once again evident in Lindokuhle’s case. Housing was secured at an early stage, which provided peace of mind and clarity. As a result, many practical matters were already prepared and planned by the time she arrived.
Thanks to this strong start, the necessary formalities—such as municipal registration, administrative appointments, and other practical steps—could be efficiently completed. This gave Lindokuhle the space to focus on her new role and work environment.
Getting started quickly at the client
With the basics in place, Lindokuhle was able to start working with our client almost immediately. Her first few hours have been spent on training, work instructions, and going through the procedures associated with working in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This is an intensive but important phase in which quality, accuracy, and documentation are central.
Going forward, the focus will be on the preparation, execution, and documentation of numerous validation protocols—something she is certainly no stranger to!
