A new challenge for Lindokuhle

It is always a pleasure to welcome a new colleague from abroad. This time, we are delighted to announce that Lindokuhle starts as a Validation Engineer at one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

An introduction with future prospects

We got to know Lindokuhle through our network, which regularly introduces strong technical professionals. During the first interview, it quickly became clear that she is someone with a solid foundation in validation processes in a project environment. Moreover, she was able to clearly articulate why she would like to further develop herself within the international pharmaceutical industry. As with many of our projects, the most important starting point was finding the right match: in terms of experience and ambitions as well as personality and corporate culture. After a positive introductory meeting and a strong impression of her relevant work experience, we started looking for opportunities within our network of clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

A suitable position becomes available

Although there was no immediate vacancy, we knew that her profile matched positions that focus on laboratory equipment and quality systems. With that in mind, we explored various options and contacted companies for which her knowledge could be a valuable addition. After a few attempts, the right opportunity finally presented itself: a vacancy focused on validating laboratory equipment within a renowned pharmaceutical environment. A role in which accuracy, process insight, and communication skills are essential.

The interviews went well. Her technical knowledge and experience, as well as her drive, were clearly evident. After two rounds of interviews, the good news came: she was hired!

All processes set in motion

After formal confirmation, we were able to immediately begin the process involved in welcoming a new colleague from abroad. Good preparation is essential to ensure a smooth transition, and once again, teamwork and timely coordination have proven to make all the difference. Her entry visa has now been approved. We have also found suitable accommodation, so that she can arrive without any worries and focus fully on her new job. The logistics, administrative processing, and practical matters surrounding her move and initial stay are going very smoothly so far.

Lindokuhle will be traveling to the Netherlands soon. We look forward to welcoming her in person, introducing her to our colleagues, and supporting her in the first weeks of her new adventure.
