Process and Packaging Engineer

Client

Our client is a leading Project Management and Engineering company serving the pharmaceuticals industry around the world.

MSc or BSc degree in a relevant area.
Experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
Technical expertise in packaging equipment and packaging materials (Blistering – second packaging – case packing – palletising).
Project management skills.
Experience with technology transfer.
Experience with CQV (writing protocols and execution.

Acquire and retain technological knowledge related to products, processes, equipment and related suppliers.
Set up, coordinate, execute and report studies for the purpose of fact findings, (significant) investigations, root cause analyses, tech transfers, CAPEX projects, validations, changes or improvements.
Lead or participate in project teams.
Write validation and engineering protocols, validation and engineering reports, (project) plans, risk analyses, changes, URS, VMP and qualification protocols and reports.
Participate or leading peer groups around specific areas of knowledge.
Set up, maintaining and working with systems such as the quality management systems (QMS), SHE systems, change control and SAP. Improving processes, products, technologies and systems.
Responsible for implementing the company's policy in the field of GMP and SHE.
Ensure that conditions are in place that enable colleagues and team to comply with the relevant laws, regulations and company rules regarding GMP and SHE.
