Our client is a leading Project Management and Engineering company serving the pharmaceuticals industry around the world.

Requirements

  • MSc or BSc degree in a relevant area.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Technical expertise in packaging equipment and packaging materials (Blistering – second packaging – case packing – palletising).
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience with technology transfer.
  • Experience with CQV (writing protocols and execution.

Duties

  • Acquire and retain technological knowledge related to products, processes, equipment and related suppliers.
  • Set up, coordinate, execute and report studies for the purpose of fact findings, (significant) investigations, root cause analyses, tech transfers, CAPEX projects, validations, changes or improvements.
  • Lead or participate in project teams.
  • Write validation and engineering protocols, validation and engineering reports, (project) plans, risk analyses, changes, URS, VMP and qualification protocols and reports.
  • Participate or leading peer groups around specific areas of knowledge.
  • Set up, maintaining and working with systems such as the quality management systems (QMS), SHE systems, change control and SAP. Improving processes, products, technologies and systems.
  • Responsible for implementing the company's policy in the field of GMP and SHE.
  • Ensure that conditions are in place that enable colleagues and team to comply with the relevant laws, regulations and company rules regarding GMP and SHE.
