Requirements
What You Bring (Hard Skills)- Proven experience as Program Director / Senior Program Manager
- Track record delivering large CAPEX programs (€20M - €50M+)
- Background in GMP Sites / black utilities / complex brownfield infrastructure
- Strong governance in budget control, planning, risk & stage-gate environments
- Experience executing in live, regulated production environments (pharma)

Duties
Context- Lead a €40M+ Chilled Water Life Cycle Management program in live facility
- Multi-building rollout in a brownfield GMP manufacturing environment, critical users: HVAC, TCU’s, Hold Tanks
- Business-critical program impacting site reliability, compliance & future scalability
- Transition role due to Program Manager starting up new program end of 2026
Your Mission
- Own end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-year infrastructure program
- Lead multi-disciplinary team and project engineers (engineering, automation, operations, vendors)
- Drive execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment at senior level
- Deliver within CAPEX spend, timeline, and strict GMP-Facility constraints
