Requirements
- BSC (HBO) in Food Technology or HLO.
- 5-10 years experience in food/pharma industry, preferably dairy.
- Experienced in SAP-QM and Power-BI
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical, proactive, and persuasive.
- Knowledge in product, process, quality, microbiology, and allergens.
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written

Duties
- Continuously improve the QA Release process and manage major quality issues within the QA Release team.
- Act as a bridge between QA and other departments like processing, driving root cause analysis and preventive actions.
- Act as first point of contact for major quality issues.
- Support production meetings and ensure quality control.
- Serve as backup for the QA release coordinator.
- Prepare proposals for deviating items and coach team members.
- Approve quality deviation proposals.
- Propose solutions for major quality issues.
- Initiate quality improvement actions.
