Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a relevant area.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Eye for detail and precision in execution.
- Initial experience in a GxP environment, preferably in quality assurance or training coordination.
- Strong understanding of GxP principles and quality management systems.
- Experience with learning management systems.
- Familiarity with project coordination.

Duties
- Support the site, operational managers with training assignments, training reporting, training administration.
- Oversight on on-the-job qualifications and requalification.
- Implement Training Programs and drive internal improvement projects related to training.
- Develop local training QMS documents where needed.
- Own and support on training related quality records.
- Act as back-up QA Systems Officer to support QA Documentation Coordination .
- Support local trainers and keep oversight of GxP Qualified Trainers.
