NEN 4400 – Reliability standard and run-up to permit system

Last week, we had the full NEN 4400 audit at TailorMinds. The audit was conducted by auditors from Normec VRO. Once again, we passed the audit well. The audit will be followed up at the end of this week as we are also preparing for the upcoming law on the admission of workers at the disposal of personnel (wTTA)

Reliable company

Temporary employment agencies and secondment services are still regularly portrayed in a negative light in the media. The cause almost always lies with rogue companies in our sector. They do not have a NEN4400 quality mark. If the permit system is operational and the government’s promised enforcement is a reality, this will increase the chances of not only the process but also the reliable companies in our market becoming more visible.

Matter of honour

For members of NBBU and ABU, meeting this quality label for reliability in our sector is a matter of honour. Unfortunately, there are also many rogue agencies in our sector. Their practices disadvantage employees, the government and create unfair competition. We are very confident that the upcoming licensing system will put an end to this. At the same time, it demands a lot from the administrative organisation to correctly implement the extensions in the standards system.

Monitoring moment

With this audit and the follow-up audit so soon after each other, a good insight and overview is created. This then concerns the remaining points that require additional attention during implementation in order to be ready in time for the introduction of the licensing system.

100 points

With the NEN4400 quality label as a basis, the permit system will check business operations, (payroll) administration, file structure and working methods on at least 100 points. We look forward to the further outcomes and will work on the latest insights gained to be ready in time.
