A short time ago we reported Siyabonga’s arrival in the Netherlands and last week was the day. After a tiring flight he arrived safely and was could prepare himself for a new start. Meanwhile, he has already made his first hours in his new position Validation and Compliance Engineer.
Education and work experience
After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Siyabonga gained his first work experience in various aspects of validation. Subsequently, he had the opportunity to use this experience in the pharmaceutical industry and expand his knowledge. In his last position of Validation Coordinator, he developed himself as an all-round validation specialist who will now use his gained knowledge and experience in the Netherlands.
New career
During the first meeting Siyabonga expressed his interest in a new career in the Netherlands. We spoke at length about mutual expectations and how the procedure would proceed from that point on. Here it is important to give clarity about what was in store for him and which steps in the process we would go through. Siyabonga was able to clearly state the point in his career and what his future prospects were. After talking with our relation, Siyabonga came to the conclusion that this was the position that met his expectations. We are convinced that he will make this new career move a success.
Continuation
Siyabonga has started in his position of Validation and Compliance Engineer. We have succeeded in finding suitable housing near his new work location. There will also be several follow-up steps in the procedure including picking up his residence permit, and registering with the municipality. Siyabonga is ready for all the new challenges coming his way and giving a positive follow-up to his new life in the Netherlands. We wish him every success!
