  • Bachelor (HBO) degree in business management or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years work experience in a life science manufacturing environment;
  • High degree of accuracy, initiative;
  • Strong in planning & organizing;
  • Working precisely and accurate;
  • Flexible, can deal with changing circumstances and stress-resistant;
  • Enthusiastic team player;
  • Strong communicator and connects easily with different levels in the organization;
  • Good communication in Dutch and English both verbally and in writing;
  • Excellent computer skills.

Currently our client is searching for a Manufacturing Specialist Operations Scheduler. In this role your main responsibility is to translate the master production schedule and the maintenance execution schedule into a detailed scheduling of operational tasks and activities for the production teams in the vaccines manufacturing plant to secure a flawless execution of the production of vaccines. You will be the central point of contact and play a crucial role in the communication with several other departments. You will directly and regularly interact with master production schedulers, detailed schedulers, maintenance planners on one hand and supervisors and manufacturing specialists in the plant on the other.

Most important tasks:

  • Detailed scheduling of production activities related to the production of pharmaceutical products;
  • Regular communication with departments to monitor progress;
  • Detecting and solving acute problems and communicate possible abnormalities;
  • Maintain KPI dashboards to monitor production schedule adherence;
