At least 5 years of experience in the management and delivery of engineering and capital investment projects.Wat krijg je?

Werkzaamheden
Managing one or two large-scale CAPEX projects, with total budgets of approximately €20-50 million and individual project values ranging from €15-25 million.Team and stakeholder management: Ability to build and lead project teams (IPTs) and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Full project lifecycle management: Experience managing projects from initial evaluation and scope definition through execution and financial close-out, while meeting timelines, budget, quality, and SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) requirements.
Knowledge of capital management processes, governance frameworks, and GES standards.
Cost control, planning, change management, and risk management.
Experience supervising contractors and managing procurement processes.
