  • Bachelor’s degree with focus on Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • Relevant work experience of minimum 3 years.
  • Knowledge of Trade compliance (specifically import/export) and Transportation (Air, Ocean, Road).
  • Knowledge of incoterms.
  • Experience in managing Import / Export operations across multiple regions/countries.
  • Experience in managing outsourced service providers for Import / Export documentation.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and logistics (air, ocean, road).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English Additional skills.
  • Process-oriented (specifically Import and Export process steps).

  • Responsible for collection, validation and documentation of all Transportation and Export documentation related information.
  • Responsible for providing import instructions for incoming shipments in NL.
  • Participate in setting up and maintaining Service Level Agreements with end customers and shipping sites.
  • Point of contact for shipping sites, Forwarders, Customer Service and outsourced operations for import/export related issues and requests for advice.
  • Participate in projects to continuously improve the Import / -Export process for EMEA.
  • Work with the 3rd party Logistics Service Providers (Export doc/Freight Forwarding/Brokers/WHS services) on a daily basis to ensure a smooth execution of all operational / transactional activities..
  • Ensure that Import / Export activities are aligned with regulatory requirements and local laws; consult Trade Compliance colleagues where necessary
  • Support any operational activities where needed.
