Requirements
Experience and Qualifications:- HBO working and thinking level, preferably with completed HBO course in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Physics, or Technical Business Administration.
- Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Positive attitude and appearance with a hands-on mentality.
- Prior work experience in a similar position is a plus.
- Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

Duties
The Opportunity: Join the Utilities team, working with 7 colleagues responsible for the critical Utilities (installations) on the Pharmaceutical site. These utilities, including Clean steam, Purified water, Water for injection, and HVAC, are vital for pharmaceutical production, a field to which you contribute directly. Operating in the day shift, your role involves ensuring optimal technical performance and availability of Utilities alongside Technicians, fellow Maintenance engineers, Automation Engineers, and the Team Manager.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Optimize availability of installations, systems, and buildings by implementing and analyzing corrective and preventive maintenance adhering to GMP (pharmaceutical guidelines) and safety standards.
- Enhance the existing preventive long-term maintenance plan through analysis of maintenance and breakdowns.
- Conduct root-cause analyses for complex malfunctions, GMP reporting, and ensure proper follow-up of defined measures.
- Record and document maintenance activities according to GMP standards.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, making necessary appointments.
- Propose technical modifications for increased availability or improved operation, overseeing these modifications.
- Guide and train colleagues in the use of installations, systems, and internal work processes.
