Requirements
Job Requirements:- Qualifications: Possess an electrical engineering diploma at MBO level 4.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with NEN3140, with a preference for experience in operating systems and automated production techniques.
- PESV Certification Required
- Language Skills: Exhibit strong proficiency in both Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Attitude: Demonstrate a positive outlook, professional demeanor, and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
- Shift Schedule: 24/7 - 2 morning, 2 afternoon, 2 nights, 4 days off, repeat

Are you a skilled Engineering Maintenance Technician seeking an opportunity to contribute to the technical excellence of a rapidly growing pharmaceutical facility? We are in search of a dedicated professional to join us in ensuring the seamless operation of our factory.Job Expectations:
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with a team of 20 colleagues, collectively responsible for maintaining the technical integrity of the Teva Haarlem factory. As a crucial member of our Maintenance team, your primary responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to production failures, conducting thorough analyses, proposing effective solutions, and executing resolutions in coordination with production colleagues.
- Preventive Maintenance and Inspections: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections when time permits, ensuring optimal equipment performance..
- Reporting and Documentation: Accurately report all completed tasks in Ultimo, meticulously document work activities, including updating drawings and technical documentation.
- Standard Work Instructions and Training: Develop and impart standard work instructions, actively participating in on-the-job training sessions for technicians.
- Initiating Improvements: Take the lead in identifying and implementing enhancements to existing installations, contributing to overall efficiency.
- Project Collaboration: Engage in project groups focused on the design, purchase, and implementation of new technical installations, leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
