Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial construction CAPEX projects.
- Excellent Dutch and English language skills.
- Proven track record of safely delivering projects on time.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with all stakeholder levels.

Duties
- Lead the on-site execution of construction phase of Capex projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to coordinate project milestones and resolve technical challenges.
- Oversee site logistics, permitting, inspections, and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
