Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial construction CAPEX projects.
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills.
  • Proven track record of safely delivering projects on time.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with all stakeholder levels.

Duties

  • Lead the on-site execution of construction phase of Capex projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to coordinate project milestones and resolve technical challenges.
  • Oversee site logistics, permitting, inspections, and quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
