Project Planner / Scheduler

Client

Our client offers advice and engineering for demanding projects in the industrial and life science sectors.

Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution.
10 + years of experience in commercial and industrial construction in project controls (mostly in scheduling)
Prefer experience in biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Experience in other related industries are acceptable.
Computer Systems: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Primavera P6; Microsoft Project.
Experience in commissioning and validation will be a critical skill.
Strong technical knowledge in schedule management in construction projects.
Strong analytical skills for scheduling analysis and initial schedule development and risk analysis.
Strong skills in leadership, communication, and problem solving.

Responsible for handling a broad range of projects ranging in value and complexity from simple to complex manufacturing retrofit projects.
Liaison with corporate management to initial development of project schedules
Managing and objectively reporting project schedule status to senior management.
Responsible for developing, project planning and scheduling documents.
Assist in budgeting and change management, schedule risk analysis, cash flow analysis.
Review and analyze engineering and contractor schedules, bids, change orders, and physical engineering/construction progress, etc.
Responsible for tracking and controlling schedules as well as engineer/contractor schedules.
