Last week, Leonie joined our team as a new colleague in the office! She will make sure we put all the numbers in the right place for both payroll and accounting. Time for an introduction by Leonie:
A next step
“Over the past four years, I was given the opportunity to start a new course in Business Administration. I took this opportunity with both hands and enjoyed doing administrative work within a real estate company. Last year, I realised that there are more sides of the finance profession that interested me than just buildings and started to orientate myself cautiously.
In February, I discovered the vacancy at TailorMinds online and responded with interest. An invitation to meet soon followed. After a mutually good conversation, an appointment for a follow-up interview was made. This conversation also went positively, followed by an offer with sufficient leads to want to start.”
Future-oriented replacement
In the near future, Leonie will start with salary and time processing. After that, a new step will be added to the induction programme each time. In time, the intention is that, in addition to the extra work due to the growth of TailorMinds, she will be able to replace Corrie. This is because she hopes to retire at some point in the next years.
