This week a new colleague started who joined us at the request of our relation. This because it concerns a knowledge migrant with the request to facilitate the process at the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) for them. What is the set-up of it?

Once everything has been arranged, we must comply with a number of obligations as an authorized sponsor. For example, we must inform the IND correctly and in time about changes that have consequences for the permits. We also have a duty of care whereby we have to inform our colleague correctly and in time about, for example, the conditions for admission and residence.
These duties are also tested by the IND by means of audits, which we have always concluded positively to date.
